The 28th meeting of the Standing Committee on Ministry of Home Affairs was held

Dhaka,The 28th meeting of the ‘Standing Committee on the Ministry of Home Affairs’ of the 11th National Parliament was held today at the Sangsad Bhawan under the chairmanship of Bir Muktijoddha Benazir Ahmed MP.

Committee member and Home Minister Bir Muktijodha Asaduzzaman Khan MP, Md Habibur Rahman MP, Samchul Alam Dudu MP, Kujendra Lal Tripura MP, Pir Fazlur Rahman MP, Sultan Mohammad Mansoor Ahmad MP and Rumana Ali MP participated in the meeting.

The meeting discussed the approval and confirmation of the minutes of the 27th meeting and the progress and implementation of the decisions taken in the 27th meeting.

The meeting presented and reviewed reports on the latest progress of the Dopetest program.

The report on the activities of Bangladesh Police was presented by the Directorate of Police and the overall law and order situation of the country was discussed.

In the meeting, the Secretary of the Department of Security Services of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Secretary of the Department of Public Security, Director General (RAB), Director General of Narcotics Control Directorate, Additional Inspector General of Bangladesh Police, Director General (NTMC), Coordinating Investigation Agency, International Criminal Tribunal, spoke about the activities of the Revenue DepartmentprovidedAlso, the concerned officials of Bangladesh National Parliament Secretariat along with the heads of organizations under the two departments were present in the meeting
