According to World Health Organization norms, a country has only 15 percent cesarean delivery rate. However, Health Minister Zahid Malek is commenting that 84 percent of the country’s surgical births are worrying. The Union Health Minister said this today in memory of Milon Osmani, “World Health-2023” is active.
