Speaker’s Tribute at National Memorial on Great Independence Day

Bangladesh National Parliament Speaker Dr. Shireen Sharmin Chowdhury MP paid tribute to the martyrs of the Great Liberation War at the National Memorial on the occasion of Great Independence and National Day. The Speaker paid tribute by placing a wreath at the altar of the Savarsh National Memorial in the early hours of March 26 (Sunday).
At this time, the speaker observed silence in memory of the martyrs of the great freedom war of 1971.
Then, the speaker said. Shireen Sharmin Chowdhury MP paid tribute to Bangabandhu’s portrait at Dhanmondi 32 in the capital on the occasion of the Great Independence and National Day.
On this occasion, Bangladesh National Parliament Whip Iqbalur Rahim MP, Whip Abu Saeed Al Mahmud Swapan MP, Whip Atiur Rahman Atiq MP, Pankaj Debnath MP, Meher Afroz MP and Senior Secretary of Parliament Secretariat KM Abdus Salam were present.
