The search committee constituted by President Abdul Hamid today called upon the registered political parties to send the names and bio data of their nominated persons for Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners.
The Cabinet Division issued a circular to this end, urging the registered political parties to nominate 10 names for CEC and ECs by 5:00pm on February 10.

Individuals interested to serve as either CEC or EC may also send their nominations within the due date, the circular said.

The circular also said the full bio data of the proposed names may be sent either to gfp_sec@cabinet.gov.bd or directly to the Cabinet Division.
